Do you think that the people that are asking for advice are heeding to it?

Just wondering if you and I who answer are wasting our time or ppl are taking notice of the answers.Do you think that the people that are asking for advice are heeding to it?
Well, you can usually tell which people want advice, second opinion, etc. and which people are just asking for fun.

I'll tell you that personally, I asked a question and one answer I got really made me think, and a dose of reality that I needed. So, if you choose the questions you answer carefully, you might actually help them.Do you think that the people that are asking for advice are heeding to it?
i don know bout all of them, but i do care about the answers,it's helpful for me sometimes,n i think there are many people like me.
I honestly believe that most askers are just looking for validation of what they have already decided. It is not a waste of time if you can occasionally rip on people. Some people are clueless and they could use the help.
My guess is that in Etiquette most of these people are only asking for people who agree with what they have done, or plan to do. It is probably a waste of time to go against most of these dullards, but occasionally someone is thankful for being told a different way of looking at something, or doing something.
I was just wondering the same thing earlier. I think people who are seriously needing answers will, I've done it and things turned out good. I also heed advice given to other people.

Obviously we know that there are people who are just playing around on here and you can tell especially by who they give best answer to. Others just want to be validated and don't actually want advice and have no intention of heeding it if it doesn't validate them.
Maybe some of it and some may heed it or heed what they feel is appropriate. Not everyone supplies good answers.
NO! Do you know how many women on Y!A I have told: he hasn't spoken to you or texted you, or answered any of your IM's in a month because he isn't into you and wants you to leave him the f**k alone!?! I just answered one five minutes ago! But they always post a followup 3 days later asking why it's been a month and THREE days since he's spoken to her... UHG!
some are serious an some are just having fun. This is an computer you know.
