This will be the 4th time gay marriage will be on the ballot in California.


What these ballot initiatives is nothing short of MOB RULE. When 50% of the people can vote rights for themselves at the same time taking away the rights of others we no longer have a Republic but a Democracy which does not work in the long run.
If there is a ballot vote in Calif, after a approved amendment, than that just shows that those in charge don't care what the people want.
yes as it is a state issue legally. personaly if it is a same sex relationship i will not call it a marriage. i think it is something else and should have a differnt name.
