Do you have any advice on finding cheap accomodation in Valletta (Malta) for three months?

I'll be moving to Valletta for three months from the 15th of February 2009 to do an internship and I need to find a cheap accommodation arrangementDo you have any advice on finding cheap accomodation in Valletta (Malta) for three months?
There are two hotels in Valletta but since it's a long stay it would be very expensive.

does it have to be valletta? in malta, distances are short, so wherever you stay, you're not more than half an hour - an hour max away from where you want to be. also, bus fares are cheap.





i suggest you find the cheapest accomodation on the island and travel to valletta if you have to. it's one bus to valletta from everywhere anyway!

ps... don't chose an accomodation in gozo though... you'd have the ferry fare in that case too!
