Is anyone currently in the HR field? What advice would you give me?

I have a MBA, %26amp; BA in Psychology. I worked 3 years in the career services office of my university. I have an administrative background, supervisory and HR intern experience. I don't understand why I'm not being picked up..Is anyone currently in the HR field? What advice would you give me?
You are overqualified for entry level HR jobs. Most people probably assume you will move on up and out, or be a threat for their job.
