I have been applying for employment positions in State and local government, major universities etc.





Those big organizations have their own employment systems. You need to log on and put 10 pages informations on their account. It is a waste of times. How could I reduce my times when I am creating a new account or update my account. Please advice.Employment systems. 10 points for the best advice. Thank you?
Well I can tell you from experience that they dont make it easy or convienent.





One day when you have about an hr to commit....sit down and patiently put in the info in their system. I know how overwhelming it can be but just focus on getting it done.





The good part is that once you get it in there and save it...its over...you can log on your account and apply for many jobs without having to put it in their system again
