My brother told me that he would never drop to his knees or cry if a girl hit him in the groin? He even challenged me to a bet on it. Im not sure i can do that?

I wouldn't do it. I've got three siblings. Two of them can make me nuts, but they're some of the best things I've got in life.
Your bro is ignorant and juvenile. But he shouldn't have to suffer for it and I don't think that learning this lesson will make him a much better person. With any luck, he'll stop professing such nonsense as he grows up.
In the meantime, the next time he starts that random bragging, you might say something like, ';OK'; or ';I see,'; and drop the subject.

but on another note, a hard hit to the testes can greatly effect fertility, i would seriously not do it, one because its your brother, gross and two because why the hell would you need to prove this bet?
First tell him it's incredibly stupid, and if he ever wants kids he should call it off.
If he is still so cocky after that, kick him in the balls as hard as you can and see what happens.
Don't bet too much, especially if you're wimpy! (not calling you wimpy, but seriously dont bet too much ;l, what if he's like some super strong emotion holding in guy?) (an easy bet would just to prove it to him. dont bet tons of $$ or items or stinky jobs you dun wanna do :P)
