no the foods you just described are mostly eaten in the US, though lots of other countries also enjoy eating them too just not as much. european countries have a big variety of foods they eat and traveling from italy to france is a HUGE culinary difference. everyone eats hamburgers/hotdogs etc jus poor people cant afford them, thus they dont eat them,but if they could, they would.
No I don't think it as anything to do with ';white countries'; Everyone around the world eats different things. They may have the same things but a different variation of it.
