I had a chap fit mine. I asked him if it was difficuly to DIY.He said the trick is to build up all your units first (don't put doors on),Fit %26amp; level base units, fit wall units, cut %26amp; fit woktops then put sink in,then put the doors on.You don't put the doors on base units when you first fit them in case you have to adjust them before the worktops go on,it's easier without doors on.Apparantley this is where alot of people go wrong!Good Luck.I want to fit my own kitchen units, do you have any advice?
yer make sure you know what your doing first

B%26amp;Q website @www.diy.com has a link that will give you an installation guide that you can dowload as an PDF file.
The best bit of advice I ever got for DIY was 'measure twice, cut once'. Best of luck.
save loads of money because it is very expensive to buy the units.
Make sure you buy wall units with the multiway in/out up/down wall brackets. This allows you to line up all the units perfectly.
Units with fixed wall brackets will be much more difficult if you don't get them fixed to the wall 100% correct.
Asume the walls are going to be out of true and wavy. Cut your worktops longer than needed. Put them in place and using a block slide across the wall and mark out the actual wall shape!
No probs unless your walls aren't even then it will be harder, floor units are simple because they are more adjustable. Either way always work to the spirit level.
*make sure you have all the bits that should be in the packs as in screws etc.
*ensure you have the right kit close to hand.
*read the instructions thoroughly.
*take your time.
good luck with your kitchen!
