Not long ago I was looking through my high school year book and noticed my mother had written '; always stay as caring, kind and generous as you are now.'; That was 35 years ago, I don't remember her writing that at the time. Is that how she saw me then???


I wonder if I lived up to her expectations. What is some of the oddest advice you have ever received?
It went something like this:





';Look son, this guy can't hit a fastball. If you throw him a good high fastball, he'll never catch up to it';





The ball landed...oh, about 400 feet behind me on the first pitch.





That's when I decided basketball was my sport :)
Just do it ... sure ... I ran! lol
